We preach the cross, and Christ crucified, and that the cross is an offence to the unbeliever. Jesus is the rock on which men fall and are broken to pieces and are saved, but for the sinners, on whom it falls will be crushed and loose their own souls. An unrepentant heart can’t be saved. It is only through a repentant heart that someone can receive Jesus. If you are unrepentant, then you are still under the judgment of God. Jesus will not live in a heart that does not want him there.  If your attitude is, I want nothing to do with God. Even though God still loves you, he will not have anything to do with you. If you say, I am not going to follow you Lord anymore, and turn to a life of sin, God will give you over to it. God does not rejoice in a sinful heart, nor does he condone it. If we then can enter into Heaven with a unrepentant heart why does it say in Revelation 21:27 that { nothing impure will ever enter it, neither anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those who’s names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.} And if you can go to Heaven as a backslider why does the Bible say over and over again to live Holy lives, because without Holiness no one will see the Lord. The Bible says to fear the Lord, but if it does not matter how we live, why should we be afraid of anything, if we go to Heaven anyway, just as long as we confess Christ, and believe. Faith without works is dead. Faith without showing fruits of righteousness is also dead. {You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith alone. James 2:24         Lee Martone
