Are You really saved?

One of the things I want to stress is this, make sure you really are saved, don’t just assume. Just because you have said the sinners prayer once doesn’t mean you were saved. If you did not mean it when you said the prayer, it was just a waste of words. Jesus hears what your heart says, not your mouth. If your heart agrees with what your mouth is saying then he hears you. Another way you can be sure that God will hear you is if you have fully forgave everybody who has ever wronged you. Jesus says if you don’t forgive People their sins, God will not forgive you your sins. {Matthew 6:15}You must have a clean heart to go to heaven. Another way you can make sure you are saved is if you truly have the Holy Spirit. Paul says that it is our seal, our guarantee into heaven. 1 Corinthians1:22/ 5:5/ Ephesians 1:14/ There are some false teachings out there that say you can never Loose your holy spirit once you have It. This can easily be disproved in the book of Revelation 2:5. Where the lamp stand is taking away from you If you do not repent of your sins. You will not loose the Holy Spirit upon the first or second or third sin, but continue in sin and you will loose it. Matthew 28:18 Jesus says he has been given all power in heaven and on earth. But the people of the earth who love the world want nothing to do with Jesus’ power to conquer sin. In John 3:19 it says {This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.}There will be some big surprises when some so called Christians try to inter into heaven and will not be able to. If you have the love of God in your heart you will love all your Christian brothers and sisters. You will have a real love that you can feel in your heart for Jesus and his word that will not fade away with time. Many people loose their Joy the Lord gives them when they backslide into sin. Those who loose their joy of the Lord, tread on dangerous ground. If there is no pricking of the Holy Spirit, there is no Holy Spirit, he has departed because of your unwillingness to repent from your sin. He will not stay in a heart that does not want him there. God gave man a free will to obey him or not. It is up to us to decide whether we are going to belong to him or not. In John 14:21Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. a servant of our Lord Jesus Christ.
