The Foolish And The Wise

Why do some people go all the way out for God and others don’t?  Why do some people hold on to the things of this world, and others don’t.  I have asked myself this question over and over again. The answer is in the bible a wise man builds his house on a rock which is Jesus and the storm came the wind blew on it, and it did not fall because it was built on a good foundation. The foolish man has built his on sand Matthew 7:27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. This is where I’m going, if you want to be great on earth as in heaven, you need to forsake all the worlds goods. And seek God day and night. You need to obey the Holy Spirit when it tells you this is the way and every time you obey it, you become stronger and stronger. Deuteronomy32:6-7{Do you thus deal with the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father, who bought you? Has He not made you and established you? "Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations. Ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you :} go back in History and you will find him there. How many people today dabble into the occult? Looking for to get some supper natural powers and some do find them. I know of a man which I will not mention his name that dated a girl. He was raised catholic, and he is not saved. I would pray for his soul daily. He made fun of me, but I still pray for him anyway. After a long time of dating this Girl, she would invite him to her house. He could not enter this private room she had. She got so angry at him once for trying to open the door. He was startle. He knew she had a religion but he wanted no part of it. She tried so hard to convert him, but he was stubborn. One day to please her he went to her devil Church. And he told me she took a long rob, and join the other devil worshipers. She always wore a bracelet. I forgot what her religion was called. S o they had their ceremony. He felt uneasy. I was praying for him at this very time. So one day he went to visit her, she was in the shower, so her sister open the door to let him in. The sister had to leave, so he went to peak at that mystery room, when he open, the door he could not believe what he saw! There were statues, of her gods each with different foods. So he was shock, he never told her what he saw. So he continued to date her. She kept on pounding him to convert. She said he would get powers. One day she is lying on her bed, and he is sitting besides her. This man never believed in devils before. So she said I have powers, he like to die laughing, and he replied, I don’t believed in powers, don’t mention your religion to me again. Than she turn to face the wall, and after a little bit she turn to look at him. He was left speechless. He told me he was shaking in his boots, at what he saw. He could not move, he stared at her long enough to see that it was not her but a demon. He told me after. Yes I do believe in demons, because I saw one with my own eyes. She was very pretty, but he left her after that scary day. Two years went by when he saw her crossing the street, she looked so old and run dawn, he told me that he hardly recognized her she look like she was dying. And this is true because my own sister and daughter said the same they both new her well. Genesis 3:6 {So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.}The serpent is still promising all who are searching for power that he has the answer for you. The only thing he does not tell you the cost you are going to pay. The Devil is called the deceiver, the father of lies the prince of darkness, the lesser light, the prince of the power of the air, 2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age, the destroyer, a roaring lion,1 peter 5:8 NKJLuke 8:5-18  5.  "A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell by the wayside; and it was trampled down, and the birds of the air devoured it. "Some fell on rock; and as soon as it sprang up, it withered away because it lacked moisture. "And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up with it and choked it. "But others fell on good ground, sprang up, and yielded a crop a hundredfold.'' When He had said these things He cried, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!'' Then His disciples asked Him, saying, "What does this parable mean?'' And He said, "To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is given in parables, that `Seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand.'  "Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.  "Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.  "But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe  for a while and in time of temptation fall away. "And the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. "But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience. "No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lamp stand, that those who enter may see the light. ”For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light. "Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.'' So be wise and don’t fool around with the Devils power, It will destroy you at the end. Don’t settle for seconds. Go to the creator not the created. God gave Satan powers but he has none over a child of God, for greater is he that is in  me than he that is in the world.
